Since October 12th, we have the privilege to host an eminent specialist in the field of remote sensing, photogrammetry, and GIS at our faculty - Visiting Professor, Prof. Eve Savina Malinwierni from UNIVERSITA’ POLITECNICA DELLE MARCHE in Ancona. Professor Malinwierni's visit is a result of fruitful collaboration between the Department of Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing, and Spatial Engineering and the Dipartimento di Ingegneria Civile, Edile e Architettura in Ancona. During her stay, Prof. Malinwierni will share her expertise with our RS&GIS specialization students, focusing on key topics from courses such as: Remote Sensing Image Processing, Thermal and Microwave Remote Sensing, and GIS for Decision Support System (DSS). This is a unique opportunity for our students to deepen their knowledge, exchange experiences, and discuss current trends in remote sensing and GIS.
